I haven't been to this establishment in quite awhile for that reason. There just isn't the same options in our area. Chicago is even having difficulty.

The house fee is $120 for an hour. If all you want is a mediocre massage from a relatively hot girl, this place is worth it. Most of the girls offer a "body to body" program for $160 an hour. As far as I can tell, this upcharge results in absolutely no difference in the service you receive. The girl might let you touch her tits. Or her vagina. And she might seem reluctant or surprised if you ask. She might take all her clothes off. Or just her bra. It's a crap shoot. I think if you stick with the $120 you can probably expect a hand job finish. I've always asked for more, so I'm not certain of the bare minimum if you tip zero and don't attempt to explore more pay for play during the session. Perhaps others can speak to that?
Most of the girls I've seen there are open to more. Like $200 for sex. One girl said she'd do takeout for $500. I passed on that. She offered sex for $300. I passed on that too. This was a case where I didn't pay anything extra and just took the hand job finish. Zero tip. I felt comfortable not tipping her because of the ridiculousness of her asks. And her pics were not accurate. She was cute enough, just not as cute as the pics. I think her name was Anna, visiting from Phoenix, supposedly. (Not to be confused with the recent Annie, Asian girl, who I haven't seen.) Over the years, I've only successfully gotten take out once. All the other times I've tried, the girls either take my number and never call, or they say they can't because the manager (dude on the couch) will fire them if he finds out or they don't want to.
The dude on the couch discourages reviews. I think because he thinks it brings heat from LE, similar to what shut down the previous incarnation of this place at Grand Canyon. He might be right. Who knows? Who cares?
I'm done with this place, so I don't mind sharing what I know. It's overpriced, in my view. Paying nearly $400 to fuck someone who isn't that interested on a massage table with a dude in the other room? No thanks.

Eventually I got to asking my favorite girl there about meeting at a hotel for my birthday like a joke and to my surprise she said she'd consider it. We exchanged numbers and we met that weekend. Anyway, just based on my experience, if you build rapport with the girls, they will be more receptive to extras and negotiation but obviously that takes some time. I've since moved on from GC / state st because I don't feel comfortable going to it's location anymore.

I appreciate your perspective: Patience and the long game is its own reward. Sometimes they yield surprising dividends.
