Log in with your associated user I'd and p / w. Go to settings / calls. Click the radio button that says "off" under call screening.

I always screen and have them announce their name because I don't use a burner. Having this set to off would catastrophic.

You need to set the regular voicemail pickup for LONGER than 25 secs or it will go to your normail voicemail if someone calls in. AND never dismiss and incoming call. Again it will go to regular voicemail not GV voicemail.
