She more than made up for the former scheduling problem and her friends antics. She apologized and explained is she overwhelmed that day. Anyway, the appointment was one of the best GFE style outings I've had in awhile. She was in a position to make it up to me and did just that. The full range of GFE offerings were there in spades. I'll be repeating and recommend. Hopefully her scheduling issues are gone.
