I've been street mongering since the 90's and know how to talk to LE if questioned. The whole stubborn belligerent not saying anything to LE usually backfires. If you're not doing anything wrong and questioned by LE then just be cool and say what's up. Cops don't want to be out there any longer than you do being questioned. Even driving around with a street ho in your ride isn't grounds to be stopped or arrested. The ONLY time you actually need to worry and possibly do the whole tactic of keeping quiet is if you're actually caught in the sexual act in public. I've actually been caught twice over the years fucking around in public. One was a nonpro in the hood area near the Fig track. So that was LAPD. The other one was a sugarbaby in Glendale with their PD. I didn't keep quiet in either of those. I just said I was making out with my "girlfriend" and we got excited. I just was given a warning to not mess around in public, with both cops smirking/kinda joking and to be on our way. I've also had other scenarios when questioned by LE and easily explained / talked my way out of it. If I played the whole shut your mouth game with LE. We would have been out there much longer with them and the scenario I just explained in my previous post. So the whole keep your mouth shut doesn't apply to every scenario when questioned. You just need to remain calm, cool and collected and know what to say.

I picked up a sweet thing on a Florida highway. I drove to her spot for dates. After arriving, she provided a delightful oral massage of my bursting organ and swallowed all of my nectar. After adjusting our clothes, but before I had paid for services, I noticed a patrol car approaching in my rearview mirror. During the minutes before the officer arrived, my new friend told me to tell the police that I knew her as a friend named xx and that we had parked there to chat. The officer, a woman, asked us for ID. Did we have to provide ID? I think so. We did.

The officer asked me what we were doing. Should I have refused to answer?

I recited the story that my friend had told me to recite. "I ran into my friend. We stopped here to chat. " Was it a mistake to answer this way?

The officer said something like, "We know that all she does is prostitution, and we saw her head in your lap from the hill over there. " Was she engaging in prostitution? " I don't remember my answer, but it either was explicitly negative or implied that I would never do such a thing. Was this a mistake on my part?

The officer gave us back our IDs and told me to leave. They took my companion into custody. I never heard from her or the police after this.

I was nervous about this for several months after the incident. Would it have been likely that the police would have summoned me to court?

Did the girl's alibi help her or me?

At first LE wasn't around but they turned the corner and came up behind me while I was talking to the girl. They questioned me what I was doing there and why I was talking to the girl. I just told them that I saw a fine looking honey and was trying to see if I could get her number. LE proceeds to tell me that she's a known pro that works that area. I respond well I didn't know and was just trying to get her number. They then tell me to leave the area. This was all happening with the girl still standing by the side of my car. I take off and from what I could see in my rear view. They let her go without harassing her.

Now let me ask you guys what you think would have happened. If I played the shut the fuck up game with LE. I already know the answer. But you guys that THINK you know how to deal with LE. Entertain me.
