I can vouch for the flaky conversation. My last discussion with her was this week. She said she had openings, then I tried to book and then said she had some until like midnight. Never responded after that. About half the time I would get a response a day or two later like it isn't a thing. I know some of you mongers like to make Chicago style pizza in this hobby but I like them hot and ready and typically now. I can't count on Jennifer to meet that anymore and a cancelled / failed trip isn't worth the effort in my book.

Her services and overall demeanor are good enough to recover in this game if she can fix the recent communication issues. I will agree that scheduling has gotten worse with every visit.
