Drink a cement mixer (cocktail) followed by either death in the afternoon or a bone dry martini. Then boil some water take off heat and put in a bowl that's as big or bigger than your head. Throw in some rock salt and fresh mint. Put a towel over your head and stick your head close to the bowl while towel covers most of opening.
