Honestly, for all the concern about giving too much info, I'm pretty sure the cops are just hitting up every AMP they come across until they get what they want. I'm sure they know which ones do what well in advance. Then when they need to justify their existence or an election is coming up, they dust off the files and raid a couple parlors. It's all bullshit security theater.

For that matter, the parlors do it to themselves. Pro-tip: if you advertise in the adult services section of a web page, someone might suspect you are providing adult services and not just a therapeutic massage.

I think the terms prostitution and human trafficking are being used rather loosely in this case. They should call it what it is and that is busting asian women for giving happy endings. You can tie all the other words to it and call it by other names but they spent over a year and God knows how much money on busting asian women for giving hand jobs. He visited her four times? And "the officer didn't enjoy it". The funniest thing I have heard in years. I bet he also hates naked women and drinking beer. Come on! I do think, we as a monger community, need to be a little more sly with this board. Regarding specific encounters. Maybe more PM for seniors (I know I am not one) and less detail for the public. Not saying this board had anything to do with the bust because I don't think it did. But if we want places to go to in the future we should not make it easy for the po-po.

A smart attorney would take on the owners of the Carmel AMP in return for a contingency on the 250k forfeiture. I think they could beat the charges at jury trial. The undercover officer himself said the genital contact was not stimulating. So how can it be sex for money?

It would be a lot of fun to do the cross on the undercover. The officer would have to argue that he was not sexually stimulated, but that the ordinary person would be. 5 times and never stimulated? Does the officer have some medical problem preventing erection? Is he some kind of zen monk who's been trained to control himself? If he's not stimulated after 5 times, how does he know anyone else would be? Did they do a study? Then there's the whole question about whether genital washing by a professional providing some other service (whether its massage therapy or surgery preparation) should be characterized sex for money.
