Was in the Centerville neighborhood this morning and swung by the Foot Spa. Wasn't open at 10 AM as advertised so I called. No answer. Did some shopping and called again. Woman said they would open at 2:30. Is this place always that flaky? I'm rarely up this way and normally visit the Cincy scene.
