I'm heading to Japan and going to have action in the morning with a friend, but also planning for some action at night. I heard C is better if going to have action throughout the day. But also read that not supposed to mix C and V and it can be dangerous. Heard some guys swear by stacking the two. Any of you guys do that? If so, what dosage and frequency is optimal? Thanks Bros!

I had taken a bit much of C and ended up getting ringing in my ears (DID NOT GO AWAY. Read STILL RINGING but not as bad as before). Just think if I added V to the mix?

Here's something you may want to try tho: Example. Your max dose of V is 100 mg per DAY. Then take 25 mg of it if you think you're going to get lucky (got to break the pill to do this. I have a pill cutter but a pocket knife will work too) AND if you do get lucky, take the rest of the pill (75 mg) Just know your MAX dose. Which may be different than mine. Maybe take half of your max dose in the morning and half in the evening but Never exceed max daily dose tho.

Whatever the case, best to err on the safe side.

I've been reading Dr. Google. Seems the consensus is NOT to stack because of the known risks like you suggested, best to stay within the recommended max dosage. I only take 1/4 dose once in a while and it lasts for a day or two. Also per Dr. Google, it suggests C in my circumstance. Take the same dosage once per day and it will respond accordingly.

It's really easy and cheap to get a legal prescription for these meds these days. It's all cash (out-of-pocket), so no insurance claims necessary. You just have to get a telehealth appointment, and then send your prescription to a pharmacy.

The cheapest telehealth providers I've seen for a one-off appointment are Lemonaid Health ($25) and Amazon One Medical ($29). It's usually done over secure messaging, and they will basically just rubber stamp a prescription if you answer the questions the right way.

Once you get to the prescription part, the way they make their money is to automatically send your prescription to their associated by-mail pharmacy, where they overcharge you for the pills, like anywhere from $2-6 per pill (although Amazon Pharmacy does not overcharge). The trick is to tell them you'd like to send the prescription to your own pharmacy. Make sure the provider writes a prescription for the generic version of whatever you agree on. You can look up some local pharmacy options on [URL]Goodrx.com[/URL], but Walmart, Safeway, and Costco tend to be the cheapest. Amazon Pharmacy is a cheap by-mail option. (Cost Plus Drugs is a no-go because they have a ridiculous shipping surcharge for Hawaii.) Check with the pharmacy first for their "cash prices" for generic sildenafil or tadalafil, and ask the pharmacy for the contact information you need to tell the provider to send the electronic prescription. You should end up at about $0. 50 per pill.

Go through your pcp. It's cheap and yes only you can access your records unless you sign something saying your spouse can see.

But if you don't have insurance or don't want to use it, or if you want an impersonal doctor visit, the telehealth option is very convenient. And they are not very discriminating, unlike your in-person PCP visit could potentially be. Like I said, they basically rubber stamp. You just have to say you're having symptoms like someone who has ED.

I got an appointment this afternoon which I'm hoping to go the extra mile LOL.

(He has like 6-8 other meds) The wife said to the pharmacist "Need to refill some other items", they rattle down the list of meds and called out "Sildenafil". She didn't recognize the med and looked it up. Bam. He was screwed.
