This guy who started this with his rant on needle users, I'm not sure if he's just naive or maybe he doesn't realize that most of us here in Louisville have access to the same news reports, arrest reports etc as everyone else. He also commented the VERY strange act of trying to raise funds for the old Scarlett's parlour as if he were an agent or part owner.
