TER is done in the USA, if you live outside the USA (whether in your dreams or reality) you can still access all the information. Currently I'm dreaming about living in Germany so I'm able to access TER. Tomorrow, maybe Bulgaria or Norway. Windscribe allows me to dream about living anywhere.

Once you get there, though, there's almost nothing US-wise except reviews, and I wonder how long those will last.

There's no reason to believe the US reviews will be going anywhere anytime soon. I don't know where their servers are housed but US law will have little effect on servers operating in other countries.

Met a woman a while back that told me horror stories of some guy she knew but wouldn't associate with anymore. He was pimping girls out and not in a good way. So the powers that be chose to let those guys run loose because they'll be far harder to find and won't stop. Guess the powers that be didn't understand the concept of better the devil you know.

BP and CL both became a desperation swamp of 5/10 providers. A decade ago, those sites would bear the fruit of young masseuses offering therapeutic FBSM. Then the rot took over.

It's also possible that the sacrifice of those sites will take the media focus off the remaining online forums.
