First off, I think all of us here are on the side of the girls. They work for so cheap; there is no need to use force to get anything that you want. How is she going to earn her next fix, if she is standing next to some patrol car, or sitting in the cop shop?

If they had a special cop that could take these kinds of complaints and not be obliged to arrest the victims, maybe. But I never heard of one, and it is against the electorate’s policy. Outlaws do not have the protection of law beyond the fourth amendment. All they can do is shut-up. Almost all benefits of the government go to those who pay for them. Imagine running on a ticket where you claim you are going to provide expensive police protection to non-tax paying Outlaws?

Suppose you had a traffic ticket that turned into a warrant. You might be afraid to go to a voting booth?

In an accident you can’t call a cop because he might take you in. You can’t even complain about a neighbor who might play there tunes loud. Some of our ladies I am sure have outstanding jay walking tickets. They call a cop; they spend the night in jail without drugs! There is a separate forum for Waikiki, and it contains a "Streetwalker Reports" thread that does have some reports. In my opinion, the reason that relatively few Honolulu hobbyists report on Waikiki streetwalkers is that Waikiki streetwalkers generally have a reputation for high prices and unsatisfactory service.

Previously I met a young streetwalker named Kai working in the Longs area, but to me she looked more hapa haole than "Asian," so I don't know if she is the same Kai that you observed. The one I met seemed to be in her late teens or early twenties, had a light complexion, was a bit chubby (which I don't mind at all), and was quite fresh and attractive in my opinion. She provided enjoyable full service and had a nice personality. At the time she seemed rather new to streetwalking, so it's possible that her service and/or personality may have changed since then.

High priced, poor service. AMP would be a better option.
