Watch out for the unmarked LE squads on the side streets who observe this type of operation for there records but I have seen them put the red light on there dash or roof for a investigation or bust. They know what's going on in the intercity neighborhoods.

Street drugs are tolerated in certain neighborhoods by the people who live there and not because LE isn't watching cause they are.

According to the Wisconsin court access records web site there were about six SW busts last week around the 35th. & Lloyd area and just further to the north on 35th. and since there real names appeared instead of street names who knows for sure who they are. The charge was "prostitution sexual intercourse" and "prostitution sexual gratification" Now the question would be, did LE catch them in the sex act or is this just the way it's charged in legal language. Lucky I thinking not my favorite hunting area.

But then again LE can bust on anything on the law books and it's up to the individual to prove otherwise in a court of law.

LE doesn't need to eye witness 2 citizens in that act. If the girls makes an offer directly to a cop to sell oral, anal, or straight sex, then she'll be busted.

Whatever is written within the police report is 100% true and accurate according to the courts.

But the reality of the matter is the police, or arresting office could write whatever they want. And you are 100% screwed and labeled as a "john".
