Posted many times on AZ and other forums over the years as I travel here often, mainly around sugar / cuddle sites though about some massage providers as well.
AZ used to be the best mongering location that was cheap to visit but things have changed. Still good AMP options compared to most cities but the sugar scene bowl has been invaded by scammers and rinsers. You can still find top talent but will likely have to pay 5 bills+ where it used to be 2-3. I don't even keep sugar accounts any more.
There are two main cuddle sites. C comfort and C companions. Org (put cuddle in front). Avoid putting direct links to providers because the CC site in particular tracks everything. IP addresses, devices #s, wifi, cell towers, pics (EXIF data). The mods are quite ban happy and if you try to sign up again with any device, IP address, pic, name, phone #, they'll ban you again. Just list the name and non-idiots should be able to find them via search.
AZ still has the single best collection of cuddlers of any major metro area. High turnover but plenty of choices and prices are fair. For those who think $100-150/ hour is 'insane just to cuddle' look at it from their point of view. They are cuddling with a complete stranger, often older / less attractive. Getting up close and personal. They have deal with wandering hands, dry humping, and long awkward conversations. Sure, sometimes they strike gold and cuddle with a guy they like and have chemistry with and even enjoy the extra activities. They also get a lot of flakes who book then ghost them or are late or try to short them the amount. Two 60 min sessions where they get $80-100 per end up requiring 3-5 hours due to travel / prep time plus often travel costs.
I only book cuddlers at $120/ hr or under and if they send a menu in advance I cancel. If they quote expensive upgrades, I always decline. 90 min sessions work far better as it takes 30 minutes to even get you both relaxed and connected.
If you know how to screen pics / profiles and read the room, it's not hard to find GND types who are open to more if you are respectful, actually try to seek a connection, and take things slow. I'm decent looking but have a gut. More importantly, I have great hygiene, am authentic, and sincerely try to make sure they feel safe, respected, and enjoy the session. That often leads to more or even everything / anything I want with repeat sessions, sometimes OTC.
If you 'expect' extras or only want to try if it's a sure thing, don't. You have to love the chase, the seduction, and especially the actual cuddling.
