If the therapist is not aware of your body and joints and how much should be done, then it can cause damage to the joint and/or muscles surrounding it. Any therapist can learn the stretches but it takes an expert to know when and how much to apply the stretches to each specific individual.

I think they actually ended up tearing the labrum with some of their stretching.

We can laugh at Guy Hagi in general (for his years of gaffes) and still be sympathetic and respectful to what's happened on the Big Isle. Guy's follies goes beyond one storm.

And having said that about Guy, just to be clear, I do like the buggah!

However, one time she overdid it and my knee was in pain for a few days. Haven't gone back for Thai stretching ever since.

Hey Busy Boy I have been taking 230 mg of morphine a day for 5 years now and been out of work for 5 years also. Doctors finally figured out what is causing the severe pain but you know how the work comp system is. I am not getting paid but fortunately I have my own business to support me. I am waiting for some epidural shots and then followed by an XLIF operation.

Any ideas what I can do to ease the pain besides the morphine?

Hinode be careful of the Thai MT'S and any MT'S. At times I think they make the back worse.
