I've seen her twice and from memory the 220 listed in her ad for an hour fbsm is the price to get in the door for a HJ finish but she keeps the robe on. You want the robe off, it's extra. She'll work that for a bit then try to catch you thinking with your little head to pull another 300 out of you for VIP only, 600 total. Not GFE. Not within a mile of GFE. I've been down that road with her and many of the newer girls that work from this location. It wasn't always this way at this location but seems to be the norm now if you visit a new provider. You can certainly negotiate those upgrade fees down if you're not a dick about it. Also I suggest having your upgrade cash in separate pockets or bundled separately so that you can reach into the pocket and pull out just what you need and not fumbling around with your bankroll after having talked her down. Most of the time they want that upgrade fee paid in the moment if they've not seen you previously so I try to have it setup to reach in knowing what I have in each pocket just for such an occasion. Never take your wallet into these places.
It's just hard not to laugh when they start their little pitch and you realize they're seriously quoting you 600 for CFS VIP and no GFE. It's also frustrating when most of the newer gals who still can't put together a decent hour fbsm start pushing the upgrades. I'm not a fan of paying extra so they can avoid the rub and just lay there for the rest of the time. Also annoying when they're constantly reaching back grabbing the rubber. If I wanted that treatment I'd get some bargain basement gals from listcrawler or the street.

They end up wanting more than PD girls and their service / locations aren't as good.
