My usual routine after any session is:

(at the pad) Double mouth wash, thorough full body wash in the shower, pee.

(in my car) drink a liter of water (for more peeing later), sanitizer wipe and / or gel on the private, DoxyPEP.

(at home) pee again, shower and bath.

I get tested quarterly and I usually take about a month break before getting tested as well. The double shower might be overkill, but better safe than sorry. I also like chilling in the tub post-coital. The sanitization gel stings, but again, better safe than sorry. Whenever one girl's name is part of another girl's name, that is the hardest confusion because just saying Winter, Allie, Sugar people might think about different girls. I.e.
