So "Alexa" has popped back up?

About a year or so ago I saw "Alexandra" (girl in bottom part of the composite photo). She wasn't great but it seemed she had potential. Call her back a few days later and she says she has a friend (Now going by Alexa). I goto see the pair and we agree on a plan. Starts off they do about 2 minutes together then Alexandra starts on me. Alexa states at this point she has done all she will do- absolutely did nothing with me.
