All are friendly and give very decent 100% legit massages. And only 100% legit massages. No extras. The design doesn't really support it either as, the rooms are more just partitions with a curtain.

Think Top might be cooked otherwise they wouldn't be resorting to envelope taped on the window style of communication. Arrow Spa was an LLC formed in 2022. They probably move the business around every year or two to switch up the risk factor. Landlords may have caught on with some interference or pressure from AZ Licensing department / Feds.

I've been tracking this stuff for years, using my intuitive investigative skills and some resources I have available to me to look into things. Most of these "owners" are just shills. They own or have ties to other businesses around the country, and not all of them are illicit massage businesses. In many cases they will also own a store, or a restaurant, or a trucking service, or various other businesses. That's where they launder their money. They have to. Their MPs are all cash based businesses, so they're evading taxes and not following labor law in any state, so they need a way for money to pass under the table. This is all what makes it so hard to break up these MPs. They're so deeply entrenched that if you bust and shut one down there are countless others in the network that just pick up the slack.

Tried this place out today. Saw Karina. Had heard this place was under new old management and wanted to see if it was good like the old spot or same rush service I had last two visits. Was hesitant but felt good about who was running things now. And it absolutely paid off.

Look for Foot Spa on the building. It's in the space next to where Foot Spa was. If you open Google Maps it still has the phot from when it was Golf Spa or Angel Spa. Like most of these places it had multiple names.

I'm opposed to the underground shenanigans that go on, but these AMP operators are pretty much forced to operate like that because of the sex part being illegal. These places are all in blatant violation of pretty much every labor law in the book, and they're all evading taxes because they keep most of their business under the table and grossly under report income.

During the pandemic when massage places were forced to be closed for a while, almost all of these places got PPP loans, which of course didn't have to be paid back as long as you met all of the prescribed conditions. PPP loan info is all public. You can search any business and see exactly how much they got and whether or not it was forgiven. How much PPP money you got was based entirely upon how many employees you had both before and after the pandemic closures. Many of these places only got something like $10 k which is indicative of them having 2 or 3 employees. We all know they have way more than that, but they can't report that because they're not following employment laws and properly documenting them as employees. It was very telling. They take the cash they get from their MP businesses and funnel it in through a legit business or multiple legit businesses.

All that being said, it would be so much better if the sex part was just decriminalized and you held these places to the same labor standards of every other shop. If you've ever been to Toronto, they have legalized body rub shops there. They're highly regulated, but you walk into one and can pick your girl out of a lineup, who will then get completely naked and do a full body massage with mutual touching and HJ. The places are all spotlessly clean, the girls are young and hot (and of mixed nationalities), and it's really nice being able to walk into one knowing that you're not in an illicit establishment that can get raided on a moment's notice.

I kinda knew immediately it would be legit but my back has been killing me so I paid for a 1/2 hour. 45 and got a pretty good massage. More like 40 min, covered the whole time but she got my butt pretty good. In flip there was a rise in me for a moment but certainly no offers to massage it. Well, it was nice just not the whole package. After I got out of the room and walked towards the entrance there was an older woman and a young boy up front and everyone all smiles.
