Vanilla VISA (and their offshoots) do not work. Blackhawk VISA (found at most Aldi and Home Depots) seem to work. You need to read the fine print on the back of the card to determine who the issuer is.

[URL]giftcardmall.com[/URL] on the back. Not vanilla, those never work. I've been able to find these gift cards consistently at either Harris Teeter or Home Depot in the DMV area. Then you HAVE to register the card on the site. You can make up any name or address you want but the Zip has to be legit and you have to use the same zip when you go to make the purchase on SA. And in my experience you should use a zip that correlates with your current IP address. So if you use a VPN in a different city / state / county than you live in then register it under the Zip if that state.
