These places often have partition screens blocking the living room, so it's possible / probable that a mama or papa could be there. On my trip, the girl herself let me in, but sometimes a mama or papa will in these kinds of places. She obviously had some wear on her face, but she had a good body and a really good attitude when I saw her. Like Island mentioned, it almost just looked like some acne scars or something. Sometimes if the attitude is good enough people will overlook some flaws in appearance.
