When the OC track was the only one paying over $100 per meet, everyone flocked there.

I did not want to argue because they have the power to and can make your life hell if they want to. Afterward, I threw the f* card out the window because that won't hold up in court. But just a heads up because they resembled sharks on the hunt for criminals or johns. Well, they caught someone in a red SUV in the hundreds, and the said Moto pandas and regular pandas swarmed in and had 103rd St blocked for probably 30 minutes, searching the car and doing what they do.
