Unless you get a PM or a review posted you might have to bite the bullet. It looked like Hohum might have picked up on the wording of the ad, "new, upscale, discreet" tend to be terms that management like to use. That coupled with the possibly TGTBT pictures make that a real possibility. But until you have a solid hobbyist verification that is making a huge assumption. Not answering a text as a means of proving anything will have to be explained? It could be as easy as the provider doesn't have it set up to accept texts, or chooses not to for first contact.
