For example, Scarlet's place downtown is public, but its big and I blend in and could have ample reasons for being in the building; Durrett ln is good because its out of the way, Holly's place in Hikes is bad because its very public and I have no reason for being there.

Most of all I prefer places with lower volume. 1501 had great girls, but too many and the traffic is what called attention to it. I predict the same thing will happen to Holly's place in Hikes. BS is in its own building, and less likely to have problems with neighbors. Durrett has always been fairly low volume.

Blending in is a good thing, sticking out like a sore thumb just puts a spotlight on you. An office within a building with other offices is pretty nice.
