Note that the keypad is the classic devil's keypad seen at so many places. It is a circular keypad with 7 white dots that light up. If you hover your hand really close but not yet touching, you see numbers appear. Calmly press all 7, and as you press each number a white dot will light up. If correct, they will flash and unlock. If you mess up, just type in numbers until all 7 are filled and retry. Just like DBZ, when you obtain all 7 dragon balls your wish comes true.
Hope this helps, I don't want people to waste time or get stressed or delayed. But even when there are delays or problems, stay calm and solve it right. Getting upset is natural but never helps your situation. I'll add that a different very popular location doesn't use the devil's keypad. But there is a long delay to start up, it is really long.
