Has anyone else noticed this vehicle when seeing Bailey? I'm wondering if it could be a handler, but I could also be jumping to conclusions. I don't have any direct observations but the timing of this vehicle leaving and coming back seemed suspiciously close to the start and end of my appointment.

I saw needles on the table and the room smelled like nail Polish saloon (assuming substances). This was back when she was living in a garage, but I assume not much has changed.

She's always kinda had someone in the wings but he's never been a problem that I've heard of except to insult us all the last time they left flint a few years ago. Last time I saw her I asked about him, she said he was still around and when I leave a hotel I tend to take back ways out (stairs, etc). When I did, I ran into a dude sitting in stairway.
