This means he has some credibility on this board. Like myself, you are a general member. Which means we are no one until we build up our board rep. As for responses, I think he prioritized responding to senior members first and maybe a few high level general members. But until you have a good rep on the board, he may be playing it safe on his side and not answering any random stranger.

This is a give to get style board. Keep that in mind.
