BP has a "massage" section where there is no mistaking what your service does or does not include. Why do you think the "body rubs" selection is in the "adult" section?

Or you could just buy a big roll of duct tape and and before the "body rub" starts you could tightly tape it to his inner thigh. I would recommend 4 overlapping tape rolls. Make sure it's secured properly so nothing pops loose, it could poke your eye out if you're not careful. Nobody wants a workers compensation claim.
