I went all over the other night and finally went down VB. I had not been down there in a while and figured I could find a drunk and stupid meth-head that would stay awake long enough for me to finish. Found a gem. Not a diamond but still good. I'm not talking dumb shit. I have done this on the streets of Medellin Colombia where you can get your throat cut real quick. So beyond not acting like I am ignorant or stupid, what should I know about the streets of Phoenix? How is it best to approach the ladies? If you want to get numbers so you can talk a little in a safer way for everyone, what is the best way to approach that? Are these chicks capable of thinking in terms of, "This guy is a decent human being. I know what I can expect. He will treat me right if I don't try to hustle him. " If I can communicate that I am that type of guy, are they capable of thinking that is a good thing, or will they refuse to let go of the hustle.

Secondly, with what so many of these street ladies are asking, you'd get the same services for a similar price off of a listcrawler / EscortBabylon girl. Much safe option, IMHO.
