Question About AMPs in the Tampa area
Is there a material difference between Korean and Chinese AMPs? The reason I ask is that I just read on the internet and we all know that everything you read on the internet is gospel. But I digress. The article indicated that Korean parlors are more likely to be FS whereas Chinese were less likely to offer a full menu. Furthermore, are there also differences for Thai, Filipino or other Asians?
I would appreciate some insight in this notion from more seasoned members to this forum.

[/QUOTE]Everybody has their own experiences, so others will have different views than mine. I've been to AMPs throughout the USA and some in Canada, likely more than 75 different AMPs over the last 20 years. Only about 6 of those AMPs have been in Tampa and another 12 in various parts of Florida. Both Korean and Chinese AMPs can be FS or limited service, it all depends on the place. I do agree that Korean are more likely to offer FS. In my experience, most of the Korean AMPs have a table shower while only a few of the Chinese places offer that service. There are also the condo AMP places, which are usually Chinese and don't have table showers facilities.
Either Chinese or Korean can be clean or dirty. IMHO, the Korean places tend to be cleaner and better decorated than the Chinese places. There is nothing that I hate more than to see a used towel refolded for the next customer's use. That seems to happen more frequently in the Chinese places and I could have been the next customer. There have been times that I've brought my own towel to spread on the massage table and an extra for general use.
I can't remember ever getting a really good massage at a Korean place that offered extras. I've had quite a few at Chinese places.
The biggest difference that I've seen is that the Korean places tend to have the girls dress up in sexy little dresses or nighties with heavy makeup while the Chinese places will have the girls dress more conservatively. The old-hag Korean providers will often not dress as sexy as the younger ones. The Korean girls show more of a bubbly personality and pretend that you are their boyfriend for the hour. The Chinese girls are more business like: massage, flip, services without showing much personality. This is not nearly universal, in fact, my favorite girl of the last 12-months is Chinese but she acts like I describe the Korean girls to act.
I've been to too few Thai and Filipino places to make any general comments about what you will find. I have met several Thai and Filipino providers in various Korean or Chinese AMPs, they seem to dress and act like the nationality of the AMP management.
Overall, I prefer Korean to Chinese because they make it more fun.
