I posted something the other day, or at least I thought I did but it disappeared as pointed out by Lifesgood. Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys get any play from Maya's. I don't need details just a name so I know I am not barking up the wrong tree. I was there Monday night it was kinda slow but then again probably not bad for a Monday. I overheard 2 guys at the bar talking and they were discussing taking one of the girls home for a "sleepover".

I have had luck everywhere I go except for Maya's with "take-out" so I know it's not me but for some reason that place is my Bermuda Triangle. Any suggestions out there?

I don't kno whether she's a tease or really puts out. She comes across as someone who will play, but haven't heard or seen of any play from her. Yes, she is of very nice demeanor, but I'm not sure about not having "enough time". Was it your first time sitting with her? After an hour and 3 beers, and only on occasion chatting with the bartendress, I figured I could not comprehend this bar, I left. Does anyone know whats going on in there and is there play to be had?

I think she is being careful and trying to screen the cust. She does have very nice breast hmmm, The only thing is she does talk alittle to much.

Not to be derogatory, but on Friday and Saturday nights it seems to be a 'kiddie' hangout. Lots of local eye candy, many dress like prostitutes and hang right outside by the entrance with their guyfriends. The waiter once asked who I wanted out of a bunch that were sitting around, but they really seemed like wannabe hostesses so I moved-on to FOB bars. Personally, I get turned-off when I see local girls trying to do this kind of 'work'.

I don't really care for the local chicks at a hostess bar despite them being pretty or hot. If you checked out Banzais on Makaloa next to Saigon Passion III, it's the same thing. Local girls in there trying to make side $$ off of drinks. They just nice to look at.

As far as play, highly unlikely. I mean if you're a local girl giving play to customers at a hostess bar, word gets around about it especially if you're in Hawaii. I don't think they will want people especially relatives find out she does that on the side. Besides, if someone did get play from one of them, you can bet someone will post it on here. If I was the girl, I would not want to find out I'm on a forum where guys writing about me.

Her looks alone will probably motivate a guy to buy her drinks. If she's desperate or is offered choke $$$ than maybe. Yes, I have checked Banzai on a few occasions. I am not willing to spend money on a girl who is surrounded by her guy friends. I prefer a more businesslike girl; an obvious employee.

I once was shocked to find a then-coworker hustling for drinks/bottles; she was also shocked to see me and literally stopped in her tracks, eyes open wide and mouth open. I kept it on the DL for her because I've known cases where girls lost their day jobs because of being spotted hostessing, and word got around to their boss, plus I thought she was cool.

I've found that local girls seem to think the money is guaranteed, or can simply be had for the asking, not realizing that we expect a return on our investment. If they were made to do what a real hostess does without a second thought, they would go home crying every night until they quit.

Local girls are a something I stay away from. Why? Most local girls working in a bar have some kind of problem so they are working in a bar for quick money. The worst thing is local girls usually have local boyfriends lurking nearby. I remember when Club Dallas opened up and the girls' boyfriends were giving customers the stink eye.

Yup, one prime example of why I don’t care for the local chicks. It’s pretty much guaranteed that pretty local chicks will have a lot of guy friends. How can they not have? But, because of this, it can be a turn off because…if I’m sitting with a local girl, then her guy friend comes in and he says hi to her and she say hi to him etc. then, they start chit chatting while I’m sitting there listening to all of this. Am I turned on by this? Then, more guys come in and talks story for a bit with her. Now, I don’t think I would feel comfortable trying to get physical with her, knowing her guy friends are there. Who knows? Maybe some guys come in there to watch her back just in case some guy tries to get play from her.

Some girls do think that a guy will just buy her a drink like how a friend just buys you a drink at a club. She thinks it’s just part of the bar scene to receive a drink from a guy. But, that's it! I doubt most local girls really know what happens or what can happen at a hostess bar. They only know only a portion of what goes on in a hostess bar. Unless that is… her guy friend happen to tell her the scoops. You could try making a move on them like how you would at a KB bar but, you may get a different reaction. Some girls or I would think most girls would get offended and pissed. Imagine, some monger trying to FIV a local chick sitting next to her, what are the chances she is down for that?

Not surprised if a local girl who happens to work in a hostess bar have issues or some drama going on. There is something going on in their life that made them resort to working at a hostess bar. I mean... other local girls don’t resort to working at a hostess bar to make side money. Some of them may be in a rebellious mode because of her BF/Ex BF pissed her off. Or, maybe some got family issues. Heh, I bet some girls especially the attractive ones just do this just for the hell of it. They KNOW they look good and like the attention. Why look good and not show it off?
