I went in there a couple times before in the past. There was an adult store near it as well. Forget the name. Rainbow was in the same strip mall as the adult theater. I was basing the amounts off of another report here where someone paid .5/.5, so I knew what to spend.
I'm not one to haggle or negotiate. If I finish, I'll tip standard rate. If service is just sub-par, I won't return.
