She was in a park after dark playing pokemon on her phone. Small town cops with nothing better to do. The state kept delaying, rescheduling multiple times, and trying to get her to take a plea, but she stuck it out. Eventually she got the evidence suppressed, and they dropped the case. As far as I know they never even tried to get a warrant to search her phone.
