Basically, anyone can be photographed without their consent except when they have secluded themselves in places where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy such as dressing rooms, restrooms, medical facilities, and inside their homes, or motor homes. Chinatown is far game.
Absolutely dead these days. Usually roll through around 4 5:30 am and haven't really seen anything worth the effort. Even been trying to find ABK for one of those epic BBBJs that she does so well. That's a lot of pavement while wearing high heels.

I think the first option is pretty big for this forum.
This is part of the reason I think that "A's Fan Club" should be deleted from this forum. If she should find out about it, as a private citizen should would not like such information on the internet. She might not be able to 'sue' the Guide, but with some detective work she could probably find out some of us. If not, ask for the removal of the thread. She would probably be offended as a private citizen about guys in this forum talking about her and where she works (which is actually considered private information). It also could cause problems with 'stalking' if someone decides to 'stalker' her and its traced back to this forum. While it might not be that bad with girls on the street, or those who post their images up in the Escorts sections of various locations."A" would probably have the willingness (perhaps not the money but certain lawyers might work 'pro term') to track down people and get money from them. Also, this is the reason why I think we shouldn't put up pictures of the girls without their consent. If they figure out who took a picture of them, while many of them wouldn't think about it, they could theoretically sue the person who took their picture and made 'embarrassing facts made public'. You could probably take long distance shots and block out certain people's faces to give them anonymity, but not take a shot that easily identifies them and puts a 'name to a face' bit. You'd have to be a bit more careful about it.
(As for that shot earlier in Waikiki if you hadn't blocked out that guys face, you probably would have causes a 'Right to Privacy' issue. That DEFINITELY would be an 'Embarrassing Fact Made Public'.)
Oh yea, you putting pictures up of someone who 'just happens to be in the area', isn't protected by the First Amendment. There was a shit load of legal junk in the Reporter's Handbook, but what I got from the jist of it was that the media got to be careful about doing that, and that is with the rights they have. A private citizen might not have the same rights since none of this stuff is 'of Public Interest'. That is why they can post the pictures of Child Molesters but don't really post the pictures of Hookers, and Thieves.
