That scare letter to landlords is doing a number on Ventura County shops. Moving up to TO just delays things if they really push that notice. You need to get to Westlake Village proper before you hit LA County, and I don't think there are any shops in city of Westlake Village. So, now you're in Agoura, and they have two shops with HE, and one is practically an AAMP. It's going to be pretty nuts until things cool off.

If you're north, you can find FS in Chatsworth, but not fond of the area.

I went by Oriental Arts Spa today. I used to go there to see an old friend. She is long gone but last time I went a couple months ago I got a good massage and handshake. I was told that this is probably the best place to post about Agoura Hills. Went to LinX and opted for 30 mins. Didn't catch the girls name, her English was really hard to understand. Had to use her phone to communicate.
