I've seen about 5-6 girls there in the last couple years, and I think it's a fairly common incall location for them. I've never seen anything disturbing and never had any kind of incident there. I'd say the odds are good that you would find at least one girl working at the RRI. Also, checking metedata on the image reveals that the filename of the pic is "andi33. Jpg" (despite the provider calling herself "Lauren"). Most likely a scam or bait-and-switch.
