My dream stop at Tokio was not so great. The 1 hr service was sad, no oil or lotion, just dry, after negotiations the provider wanted. 6 for the HJ, then it went to. 5, after 35 min I got dressed and went home and took care of my needs. Never again at Tokio.

You don't know how many times I've read a review where a customer said the massage was too hard or too soft. Did they tell the masseuse that and then to adjust to what they wanted? No, they didn't.
I also had subpar massage at Tokyo. Talked up to. 7 prepay tip. Bad massage. Then ended early.
