Isn't that the post for the girl that lives near UCF on Dun**** Ct? If it is, then you might want to watch out. There have been at least two different posts on BP about that house. 1. Often I prefer a BJ over FS, so IMHO, a BJ is more valuable then FS and is worth the $. I understand that others have a different opinion, but I was just adding that what is value to one consumer, is a ripoff to another. Different strokes.
