Barside shenaningans for low money was what made this place legendary and the constant upsell to go into those rickety, tight, uncomfortable closets just ruins it for me.

The place looks like it could still be open, also Google is showing that they are open 7 days from 6 pm - 2 am.

I'd happily check for myself if it's open but my schedule wouldn't allow me to go for another few weeks so I figured I'd check in with you guys. Also attached the pic my friend took.

So I'll be in NYC for a week or so. Normally since NYC strip clubs are pretty lame, I'd head on over to Bottoms Up in Irvington and have a good time in the kitchen for easily under 100. Sadly, now with BU closed, is Vic's my next best option? PITA taking the train and uber there from NYC but willing to do so as everything else in Manhattan is too expensive and not sure I'm ready for places like the Doll House in Queens.

Vic's is otherwise all black girls of different shapes / sizes / flavors and not all of them participate in full service. There are no set prices so lot of the girls aim really high and will negotiate down. It is not the same value as BU was and, for me, not worth the hassle (I am about 5 minutes from Vics).

The kitchen at BU was always $50 to my girl and $25 for the house. Vic's has been $80 for the girl and the $25 house fee plus the $10+ entry fee. At that price, I'd rather roll he dice with online girls or fast-houses.

The fast houses are interesting, seen the posts about Queens, but not sure I'd feel safe enough though the ladies seem hot and Greek is an option for what seems like a bargain if you've got the guts to risk a visit.

Full dislcosure- I, very often, have partaken there as they are close to where I live (not too close thank GOD!) and sometimes the wallet dicates where the little head goes. However, I really really don't think that they are any sort of must-see desitnation for out of towners. Yes NYC prices are a trending upward, but even with that- honestly with the level of service that we have available to us in midtown from the GFE places it really is hard to tell someone from out of town to try something else. Just remember that when you bust your nut at Vic's with that unversal feeling of "what the fuck did I just do" as your dick is still dripping in your pants, you have to step into the cold light of day in IRVIINGTON NJ! The armpit of the world. I'm not even mentioning whoever it was inside that den of sin who brought you to that short moment of ecstasy and how lousy all of that can be. If that's your thing, by all means, go. Like I said depending on MY own financial situation you might even see me there. However, if I were a tourist on a visit to the Big apple and all it provides, I'd stretch my budget a little and go spend 30 minutes in a nice, safe, midtown, GFE AMP and have a perfectly safe, perfectly comfortable, and unbelivably satisfying time with a super hot asian woman who will kiss, stroke, suck, and fuck you like your college girlfriend did, instead of patronizing some heroin addicted, glorified SW inside Vic's. When you factor in the time and money you're laying just to get to I'town on top of the entry, mandatory drink, barside dollar parade, and ulitmate negotiation for the deed inside those hideous and uncomfortable booths, I think you've got to be in spittiing distance of a 30 minute session at a well reviewed GFE place.

The other upside for you is vs someone like me is that you will leave town and not have to worry about being addicted to the service they provide in the Diamond District (CCP / DDY) while I have to stay and try and figure out how I can make this a weekly thing.

I really liked BU, but Vics is (80+25+10=155, +train +uber) and I'm maybe close to 130 all in, so still almost 100 less than a rub at the cheaper massage joints in Midtown. I've drove and Uber'd to BU before in Irvington and drove the track looking for SW, so I'm ok with that environment. Sometimes I think the dirtiness of that environment is attractive, not knowing who's going to be dancing. I mean Henry VIII in Detroit is seedy dive with just average ladies but the 100 price was right.

Jenny was still active and her price is now 200 but that's to my hotel, but it's just a good massage + HE, nothing more. I mean if Vic's is all BBW ebony's I just wouldn't go, it's that simple, I'd just have more beers and wait until I'm back home in MN to spend my money. The booths have short curtains, the cushione are worn. It's in the open and about 25 ft from the front door. As far as what time, it's hard to say but expect to waste a lot of time waiting for the crew to one in. I've gone in at 3 pm and left at 5 pm, not one girl. I have also gone in and left in 20 minutes with an empty sack.

Now, if you took $150 and went to Queens Doll House, you could see 3 different girls for 15 minutes a piece and could still give each a $10 tip. Private bedroom and everything. The Newark fast houses are $60/15 minutes.

If this was Europe, I'd have no problem going to a fast house or other, which I've done, knowing I won't be arrested but this is the free America where we like to arrest people whether you're getting your dick serviced or storming the US Capitol. But I also like to see what I'm getting before spending $ and also like giving the ladies a backrub as it gets my motor started, I'm not 20 anymore so it takes me a bit to get ready.

Then there's the part of me that strip clubs like BU and Vics are a dying breed and I should see America's wonders before they're gone! LOL look at Follies in Atlanta.

As a fellow out of towner, I get it. Being in a city where stripclubs suck and alternatives take more work than I want to do, I have always gone to other locations to scratch the itch. Irvington was definitely one of the locations. Not so much anymore, as my last trip was December 2019 and it wasn't a good one, but was still glad I went to see for myself. There was a time when Vic's was ALWAYS a hit and I would be like an addict planning my next trip to the spot! Obviously, before the VIP closet became a thing.

While I won't make a trip solely to Vic's anymore, I would still beeline there if I happen to be even remotely nearby, which includes NYC, Philly or even Baltimore. There is something to the adventure of it that you can't replicate with the mechanical nature of an AMP or jack shack.

The spots worth it are definitely going away, with most already gone or a shell of what they were. Right now, the only place I make special trips is Atlanta, as they still have some spots worth my while, but by 2030, it will all be replaced by make it rain clubs.

Bottom line, for an out of towner, get it in while the getting is good, until you encounter a visit where you can ascertain for yourself that it's not worth it anymore!
