When I there Monday there was a few things I saw that were out of the ordinary so I kept my distance from everything. Specially if you are around the Magnolia, Cherry avenue area I would pay close attention to your intuition. It isnt odd to hear of them running setups and bust every month or two.
I was out on Magnolia one day when I saw one of the best looking sw's I have ever seen. She was an easy 9 out of 10, and very uncharacteristic of the area.
