early sat 6am noticed noticed 4 hispanic young girls on the west farms stroll but not providers. They looked like they left a party and smelled of liquor. I asked if I can drive them some where . We all know how dead the Bronx has been over the past year. Gone are the days when SW's were plentiful almost anywhere you went.
