For some with credit to her perhaps she may have been a good provider at one point. They lure guys to an unfamiliar neighborhood (but familiar to them), get a description of the car, then lure them away to search for a bogus address or something. While that's going on, they check out the car and break in if the opportunity presents itself.

In most cases there'd be nothing to connect the provider to the crime and the victim probably wouldn't report it because then he'd have to explain why he was in the neighborhood in the first place.
