I appreciate the report and find it informative. I can understand a provider taking the quick off the table but the hh? Some of us have no use for a hour. It's not value. True, it is up to her but if she visits here again she has possibly lost a repeat customer. Along with possible others like me who get a sense that maybe she has a little bit of GPS. Also, usually the ones that think that highly of themselves rarely turn out to be "all time favorites". I want a provider that keeps customer service in mind.
