Based on a google maps search, there's Oakbrook Wellness Studio whose office complex entrance is across the street from a Lou Malnati's. East of there is Life Spa, which is located where the old Sun Hope was and whose parking lot overlooks I88. Everything else around where you described looks pretty legit.
