It's just harder to find a decent place because of the current rental situation. Couple of the downfalls of doing this. One, you do somewhat limit the women you see because you are geographically locked. I prefer to get a hotel in an area I want to do some hunting or already have some plans set. Two, life changes and it only takes one to ruin it for the group. Whether they bring the wrong girl sometime, or a significant other finds out about it, or someone just wants or needs to get out of the lease. There are some other disadvantages, but if you guys decide it works out well for you, best of luck!

Texted with her early this week. Quoted 3-400 $ and quickly agreed for 250. But felt something was off with her. Too pushy in texts to meet right away. Even offered to book the hotel but never agreed to how much time she will spend. All the while se is saying that she is so good and you won't even need lot of time. Didn't meet her.
