IF LE tried to use this forum as evidence, the code talk would be the lowest of all their barriers. They would present your "code", just the same way they would present street slang. It would not protect you at all. However, mentioning specific hotels would probably help them choose locations for stings. In his case, mentioning LE activity at a hotel is nothing but helpful.
