Here is what happened to me the week of Thanksgiving. I was at the gas station walking towards the door to pay gas. A woman comes up to me and asks me if I am getting gas. I say, "yes". She tells me that she has a $20 gift card and asks if I wanted to purchase it for $15. I looked at her car, a 2013 convertible LeSabre. I LEAD her next to her car, parked beside the building, and I started asking pertinent questions about her situation.
I tell her that I may be able to help her more. I ask SPECIFICALLY what she wants to do. She beats around the Bush for a bit and finally tells me that she wants to play around in bed. Lesson 1: She states what she wants to do.
