I have been talking with her for a couple of weeks, but have not met yet or worked out details. Based on chat she's definitely DTF, looks for more long term options I think. Any feedback on experience or allowance? She's met up with others (at least she says so), so someone here has probably seen her.

I was willing to make time but she stopped texting. Seemed to be going well and came across as DTF. Probably high volume or has someone already and playing the field, from my experience when girls do this.
