Let's get this straight, you go into a private business and mutually agree with an adult not under duress or coercion that you'd like to exchange money for some sexual act. You expect to take this to a jury who are likely to have atleast one person like me on it who says "WTF?" and in the Flagstaff case had the case actually gone to a jury, it could have easily been seen as police entrapment. (which is also illegal).

If they wanted to, I have no doubt they could bust these places. But in a lot of cases, they are probably the least problematic businesses in the strip mall. I'd rather have an AMP than a liquor store, smoke store, pawn shop, coin laundry, plasma donation place, or a bar in a strip mall near me.

I guess they could re-open the place as part of a sting, but as soon as Officer Tool shows up to massage me, I'm GTFO.

I don't recall an AMP ever being there, granted, I didn't look really hard. Magic was next to a plasma donation place and an icee shop, in a similarly lower middle class strip mall, they went upscale and are now on Tatum at Greenway, which is a much better neighborhood. Magic probably does a lot better there just because it's in a better location, better view from street, closer to Kierland (money). The problem is, you go to too nice of a strip mall and the enforcement gets a lot stricter.

There are bigger problems at 32nd and Greenway (Magics old location) than someone getting some additional services in private.
