Same goes for here, if you just want a guarantee with no games, then this is that kind of place.

I can't speak of eight mile clubs, focusing on airport, Michigan Avenue area. The only way they win is if the customers are willing to pay it. If / when they don't have enough who will pay it, their desperation will reduce the prices.

He did die of a heart attack in the basement, and they did wait to call 911 to clear the building. The discrepancy in his time of death and when 911 got called was what triggered the extra LEO interest.
